EW Group was founded in 1992 as Equality Works Ltd by Jane Farrell and Dr. Annie Hedge. Their aim was to help clients maximise the full potential of individuals, teams and organisations by embedding equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything they do.

EW Group has grown and developed over the years, serving hundreds of clients across sectors, the UK and abroad. The EW Group team has grown too. We have a diverse international team with a wealth of experience and expertise. The company's vision remains the same: to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve their full potential.
